Shipping, VAT, and customs
All stated prices include VAT and world-wide shipping. If you are buying from a non-EU country that imposes import duties, then those local import duties are not included in the price. FlyPad’s customs number is: 38089990
Ordering and payment
- You select the items that you wish to purchase. They will automatically be added to your shopping basket.
- Click “Show basket” and then check out on the right side.
- Click “Order” and enter your customer information.
- Click “Next” and select your type of payment card.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Click “Approve order”, after which you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail inbox.
Use of the products
Shipping
We do our best to ship your products the day after you order them. They are shipped from Denmark to anywhere in the world. Delivery to remote countries can take up to a week.
Returns
You have a 14-day right of return on all products from the date you received them.
If you want to return your products, fill out the returns form and send it to us.
Print the filled out returns form and put it in the return package.
Expenses for returns are paid by you.
When we receive the product, it must be intact and unused.
Once we have received the product, we will return the amount you paid to the account that we received payment from.
Complaints
If you have experienced faults or deficiencies with our products, we would like to be informed of this as soon as possible.
There is a 2-year warranty period for all products bought from FlyPad A/S. Do not buy for more than a year at a time, as the products’ adhesive layer may weaken over time. It is better to buy in bulk with others, as you can get large discounts by doing so.
Fill out the complaints form with a brief description of the fault or deficiency. Then we will get back to you as soon as possible about how to proceed. We may send you some new products or we may ask you to send the product back to us so that we can examine it more closely. Click here
